Referral Details
In order to receive your referral bonus you must be a customer on file with us (have made a purchase with us). If you hold an account with us it must be in good standing. You will be issued a coupon code for each referral made and you must send an email to jewelrysales@innovative-evolutions.com with your name, mailing address, coupon code and the paypal invoice number of the order you wish to be rebated.
Referred customer must have sent us an e-mail with your name and any information we need to properly identify you (the referrer) to us. If we cannot identify who the referrals should belong to a code will not be issued. You may opt to send us the name of the person you referred to us but only if you are sure that the persons you referred have made a purchase.
Referred customer order must be completely processed before your coupon code will be issued.
A refund check will be sent to you. Please allow up to 30 days for processing. We are working on a way to refund directly to your paypal account, but this option is not yet in place at this time.
We reserve the right to end this promotion at any time without notice, in the instance we do end this promotion, we will still send your check for amounts due you by us, up to the date of promotional end.
Only one coupon code may be used per order and may not be combined with any other promotional offer.
