History

1946 R.B. Wheeler begins Wheeler's Manufacturing with four employees and 120 sq. ft of space to manufacture agate jewelry.

1960s Wheeler Mfg expands manufacturing process beyond exclusively agate jewelry.

1979 Brad & Rob Wheeler take over operation from their father, R.B. Wheeler.

1984 Wheeler Mfg broadens jewelry manufacturing scope as they expand into copper jewelry and silver charms after acquisition of Sunbell Mfg and Pacific Jewelry.

1989 Wheeler's toolmaker and power press operations were moved from Providence, RI to Lemmon to allow for local production of die struck jewelry parts with decreased production costs.

1992 Wheeler's introduces a new jewelry line: Dakota Sterling Silver.

1996 Dakota Gold & Sterling Silver line created.

2002 Wheeler's introduce new line: Fine Austrian Crystal.

2006 Beautiful Mount St. Helen's Emerald jewelry line introduced.
